At FantasMall, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods and furniture are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a processing credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FantasMall account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items back into their original boxes with all protective padding and inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
